Return policy for Damaged product:
- Terms of return: Print may be exchanged for new print if it arrives damaged. Contact via email within 3 days of receiving the print. Email must include the following information (Name, Order #, Print Information and a photo of the damage).
- After review of the claim, a conformation email will be sent verifying the validity of the damage. If approved, the email will included a return shipping label.
- For returns that don't include damage: You may exchange for different print (Price difference paid or returned), or complete return minus 25% restocking fee.
- Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving contact.
- Returns will be fulfilled within 7 days for receiving product back in same condition as it arrived.
- Return payment will be in the form of PayPal for item amount plus any fees that may apply.
